2017 Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Noir

2017 Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes

2x Double Gold (Savor NW & Oregon Wine Awards) Double Platinum (NW Wine Press) Gold (Texsom). From an exceptional vintage that saw early bud-break (3weeks in fact) and our first harvest in mid Sept (usually occurs in October)!! The grapes were ripe and ready, and it has produced a spectacular estate wine. Beautiful aromas of black cherry, leather, cedar and cinnamon with layers of black currant, more black cherry and black pepper. A robust Pinot with pleasant acidity and balanced tannins.
