TASTING NOTES:
Leads with aromas of citrus blossoms and apricot that extend to flavors of green apple and lychee. The bright flavors intertwine with a refreshing acidity that finishes with a hint of honey sweetness. Pair with cheese appetizers and spicy Asian dishes.

FERMENTATION:
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with commercial yeast strains.
Aged 6 months in tanks on original yeast lees.
No malolactic fermentation.

FINISHED WINE:
Alcohol - 11.8%
TA - 6.7 g/L
pH - 3.24
Residual Sugar - 0.87%
